Yes, we all operate using CrossFit methodology, but we differ greatly in terms of programming, coaching, facilities, culture and overall experience. CrossFit is an investment. We have some of the most professional and qualified coaching staffs in the country. Not only do prospective coaches have to pass CrossFit Headquarter’s seminar and exam, they also have to go through our coaching curriculum and demonstrate they can apply their knowledge and lead a class. All of our coaches are well rounded and can teach everything, but most of our coaches have a specific area of expertise – we have mobility specialists, gymnastics specialists, weightlifting specialists, and nutrition specialists. The Level Method. The Level Method systematically progresses and ranks athletes from beginner to advanced – delivering tangible, achievable and incremental goals. It’s a system that shows you and your coaches where you are in fitness. The simplest way is to think of martial arts – white to black belt. It gives you the knowledge, and your coaches the tools, to help you achieve your goals faster than ever before. Based on these levels you and your coach will find a customized workout just for YOU!
