CrossFit Unshaken is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We are located at: 3111 TPC PKWY. Suite 123, San Antonio, TX (At the corner of TPC Pkwy. and Bulverde). Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between.
