What we stand for T R G stands for Teamwork Respect Greatness. “Teamwork” We train together and our culture is based on friendship and working together. When you feel like giving up there will be a team mate to help you. “Respect” You will be respected as a member of CrossFit TRG. Respect your body with correct nutrition. We respect each other, the coaches and the facility. “Greatness” If we follow the map of work together as a team, repecting ourselves and each other we will achieve Greatness. Our CrossFit Facilities We have the biggest CrossFit facility in Adelaide. We have dedicated areas and coaches for olympic lifting and gymnastics. Plenty of parking, space.
