CrossFit Queens is Astoria’s oldest, most well-known fitness gym. Conveniently located right off the N/W train at Astoria Blvd, our location is easy to get to from every corner of the borough. We will provide you with strength and conditioning training, nutrition education, and a supportive and exciting experience bolstered through our inclusive and friendly community. We also host frequent seminars and special events on weekends. With over 80 classes per week, CFQ offers the most fitness classes in Astoria.

Who We Train

Anyone and everyone. You can find students, business executives, stay-at-home moms and dads, athletes, writers, producers, actors, web designers, software engineers, educators, military and law enforcement, first responders, and lawyers at CFQ. You do not have to be fit to want to get fit! All levels of experience are welcome!

 

Community Is Key

CFQ is community of individuals here to challenge and support you. Our lifestyle involves fitness, fun, and good health. Not only have we launched premiere fitness and nutrition events such as the Spring Clean Eating Challenge and our hosted the competitions “Hail to the Queen” and “King of Queens,” but we foster our community with holiday parties, women’s only, and social events as well. We have our own private Facebook group for members-only, to stay connected with each other and talk fitness.

Workout of the Day | FLEX ZONE

When you are just starting out, our Coaches will remind you to focus on form and go light with the weight. Our Coaches always introduce the movements that will be performed in the WOD or during FLEX ZONE, and they are ready, willing, and able to scale the movements based on your physical capabilities and fitness level. The only thing that does not change is intensity. You control how hard you push, and your goal is to hit as much intensity as possible!
