We provide high quality programs that deliver results and create a environment where our members look forward to visiting and implementing healthy habits to become a better version of themselves. ​ Our Programs Offered: -Personal Training, $35-45 hourly -Bull Falls Barbell Club- USAW Olympic Weightlifting Team Compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, join our team! -Olympic Weightlifting -This class runs year round on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30pm, Ages 10+ ​ -Granite Peak Ski Team: Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning -Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm -CrossFit, CrossFit Mobility -unlimited membership! CrossFit Kids- Sport Specific Strength & Conditioning -This class runs year round on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 3:15pm, Investment at $22.84 weekly. Ages 11-18 ​ -CrossFit Kids- Young Guns Strength & conditioning fitness development through fun, functional movement development patterns for life. This class focuses on quality of movement working mechanics and consistency in the movements. This class is designed to develop fitness through running, jumping, air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, dead lift, sumo dead lift high pull, medicine-ball clean, body control in bodyweight movements; pushups, pull-ups, sit-ups, rolls, tucks, kips, dips, handstands & cartwheels. Ages 5-10
