We started our affiliate in 2013, but our community of a dozen or so clients was born in a backyard garage in 2008 and since then we have grown in to the hundreds yet we still maintain a small gym, close knit family oriented community. Our programming is a comprehensive approach to Functional Fitness training including strength, body building, and metabolic conditioning. We offer CrossFit, CrossFit Lite ( BFIT) Bootcamp, Strongman, Youth Strength & Conditioning, Youth Team Training and CrossFit Kids. Our main goal is to keep our athletes not matter their age, conditioned through out the year, prepared for the unknown task, , maintain overall good health and to have fun while doing it. We pride ourselves in our selection of top notch coaches who continue to educate themselves year over year with new certifications to enhance your experience in our facility. Our Coaches are experienced, Certified Level 1, 2 and higher with CrossFit Inc. and hold numerous specialty certifications. Our facility is also equipped and certified as an Adaptive Athlete Training Facility. We have also hosted several CrossFit HQ seminars at CFBB. The Facility is 10,000 sq ft , with 2 showers , 3 bathrooms and plenty of parking. We look forward to having you join our gym as a member or a guest. Any questions reach out to us.
