How to do chest to bar pull-ups:

 

Setup

 

– Grab the bar with your palms facing away, hands just outside of shoulder width and arms locked out

 

Execution

 

– Drive your hips, chest and head forward while letting your legs kick back

– Drive your hips back by pushing away from the bar and letting your legs kick forward

– As you swing back drive your hips upward by kicking your feet up

– Simultaneously pull upward until your collar bones are over the bar

– Push yourself away from the bar at the top and pull yourself back through the bar at the bottom
