G
Pompki
Złożoność: Average

Clapping Push-Ups are perfectly suited for the development of not only the power qualities of the athlete, but also perfectly develop the speed of the target muscle groups. It is important to perform exercises keeping the body straight. So you can maximally load your triceps, shoulders and pectoral muscles, without removing the load from them with the help of momentum. Also abs are actively included in the work while holding the maximally straight body.

Opis

The technique of performing the exercise:

Clapping Push-Ups are perfectly suited for the development of not only the power qualities of the athlete, but also perfectly develop the speed of the target muscle groups. It is important to perform exercises keeping the body straight. So you can maximally load your triceps, shoulders and pectoral muscles, without removing the load from them with the help of momentum. Also abs are actively included in the work while holding the maximally straight body.

Initial position:

- Take a plank position.

- The body is straight, without trough in the lower back and a raised pelvis.

- Put your arms about shoulder width or slightly wider. The width should be one that allows the corner at the elbow joint at the bottom point to be at least 90 degrees.

- Feet together or on the width of the pelvis.

Performing the exercise:

- Descend into the bottom position of the push-up by flexing at the elbows until they reach a 90-degree position.

- Push upwards as powerfully as possible through your hands to propel yourself upwards off the ground and into the air. Bring your hands together to complete a clap while in the air.

- Return to the starting position and immediately transition into a subsequent repetition.

- Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
