Divisions are same-sex two person teams. -Rx Men & Women (12/12) -Scaled Men and Women (12/12) -True Masters Men and Women (6/6) **minimum age of each athlete is 45, minimum combined age of 100 or above. (ex. 45+55=100, GOOD. 47+53=100, GOOD. 45+50=95, NO GOOD. 44+56=100, NO GOOD.) **Prizes will be awarded to all 1st place teams. **Workouts will be released on the event facebook page as the competition date approaches. Motion must be continuous, and a slight bend in the elbows is allowed. The kettle bell must pass though the legs before coming back up and hips must fully extend.
