The 4th Annual Texas TUFF Games will be held at this years' Amercan Fitness Expo 2019! Texas TUFF GAMES will put your tuffness to the test! It requires brains and brawn to win. A team is comprised of 2 male, 2 female, or coed athletes; with Novice and Pro divisions, allowing all skill levels to compete and win. Some challenges will require more speed; others will require more power; while endurance will be the main factors in others. A teams make up is crucial to the success in each workout. This means that each team must know its teammates strengths and weaknesses to give them the best chance to win. TRAIN AS A TEAM, REIGN AS A TEAM!
