CO-ED Teams of 4 ( 2 males / 2 Females) RX and Scaled Unless you have competed at this event previously, this will be unlike any other Competition you have been to. Your 4 guaranteed WODs will include traditional WODs and nontraditional functional workouts. In past years we've seen logs, sleds, stones, obstacle races as well as your everyday CrossFit equipment and workouts. Be ready for anything...Expect the Unexpected!
