THE GYM WITH THE MOST SIGNUPS WILL WIN A ONE DAY SEMINAR WITH WORLD CHAMPION, HALL OF FAMER!!! WEIGHTLIFTER, DR. KARYN MARSHAL! Workouts Event 1 2RM Hang Clean Partners will have 6 minutes to establish a 2 rep max hang clean. The score will be the sum of the two heaviest completed lifts. Event 2 7 Minute EMOM 8 Syncro Burpees (Lateral over Bar) Max Effort Thrusters 95/65 (Scaled: 65/45) *At the beginning of every minute, the partners must complete 8 syncro burpees. They will they spend the remaining time in each minute performing max effort thrusters. The score is the number of thrusters completed, with one person working at a time. Event 3 9 Minute AMRAP You go, I go style 35 Double Unders 15 Dumbbell Snatch 70/50 15 Toes to Bar (Scaled: Single Unders, 35/20, and Knees Up)
