WELCOME TO THE CROSSFIT® LOWLANDS THROWDOWN The CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown is back for the 11th time and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever. With 480 athletes in the on-site final event, not one, but two competition floors, the event is looking to be the best yet! You'll have a blast looking at all that going on in the competition, and more than enough to discover around the competition floor. We offer you activities, masterclasses, a spectator gym and a Vendor Village, a real fitness festival! The CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown is open for anyone and consists of an online qualifier at gyms throughout the world and a final on-site event in the Netherlands. Winners of the Elite and Team categories will be invited to participate in the CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin. Registration for the online qualifier is open.
