Join Muskegon CrossFit (MI) for the 4th annual FRESH COAST GAMES, a 3-person team competition taking place over 2 days this year on July 13th and 14th! Saturday: RX Male / RX Female Sunday: Intermediate Male / Intermediate Female A unique event that takes place right on the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Pere Marquette Beach is the perfect location to test your fitness, work on that tan and spend time with friends. This year they will be hosting 96 teams across the weekend (24 Male and 24 Female teams each day)
