This year the Classic will test three-person same gender teams in the Rx and Scaled divisions. Teams will perform at the Salt Palace on April 13 in a competition created to test all levels of fitness. An event this size requires sponsors of equal caliber. FNX Sport, Reebok, Brute Strength Training, Moxie Metal Works, and more will be at the Classic to build an atmosphere worthy of champions. With sponsors like these, you win just by signing up. Athletes will be treated to a recovery lounge during the event with free massage and chiropractics. All athletes will receive a competition shirt and a custom shirt by Reebok. Cash prizes will be given to our first-place athletes. Podium winners will receive prizes from various sponsors throughout the region.. Jason Khalipa, 2008 CrossFit Games Champion, will be providing podium winners with his new book The AMRAP Mentality. You might want to bring an extra gym bag for all that swag. More sponsors are coming in everyday so we will announce them throughout the next few months. You thought that was it? We’ve only just begun. On April 12, Brute Strength will be hosting a private training seminar with games athletes. Come participate in a once-in-a-lifetime coaching experience with elite athletes at the helm. Join Adrian Conway (Games Team Division Champion), Matt Bruce (Co-Founder of Brute Strength), Nick Sorrel (Head gymnastics coach for Brute Strength), and individual game athletes as we learn from the best in the business. They will be there to help you with movements that will be showcased in the next day’s competition. Learn. Grow. Perform. Repeat. The first 50 teams signed up for the FitCon Classic will receive free entries into the Brute Strength Training Seminar and a meet and greet with the game athletes.
