WOD Eva is a Girl crossfit benchmark workout. There are so many grip elements in this workout. Use the run to either rest or make up time. Keep pace so you are able to go unbroken on kettlebell swings and pull-ups. With a workout of this length, it’s important not to get too ambitious at the start.
